You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with tracking number once your order has been successfully transacted.
International shipping is a tough one to get perfect. We've made some very general estimates about how much it will cost to get our products to your door, in countries where we receive the most traffic to our site. If we over-estimate, or under-estimate your shipping, we retain the right to adjust the cost to reflect the accurate shipping fee. We will contact you first beforehand.
***If you would like to have an accurate cost of shipping, or if we do not have shipping rates set up for your country or region, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can arrange everything via paypal, or some other form of payment.
- We ship national orders via UPS or USPS. Estimated shipping rate is generated during the checkout process depending on price.
- NEW YORK SKATEBOARDS will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods for international orders.
- All orders will be shipped within 3 days of being placed.
- UPS ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at /// email@example.com //// and send your item to: New York Skateboards, 87 N Industry Ct Deer Park US 11729-4607.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: New York Skateboards, 87 N Industry Ct Deer Park US 11729-4607. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do our best to have the inventory updated at all times but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item you purchased is sold out we will call you or e-mail you and the amount we be credited back to your credit card.
Residents of New York will be charged the States required sales tax on all eligible items. Residents of all other states are exempt and will not be charged tax on their order.
Q. How much will duty and tax fees be if I'm ordering outside of the United States?
A. We do not know those fee's as each country is different and these fee's constantly change. We recommend contacting your local post office or UPS/FedEx to get a rough estimate on those fees.
Q. I'm an international customer and need to return an item.
A. Please understand, depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for any and all fee's associated with the return. If you still wish to return the item, please fill out the return form [http://return.pdf] and send it back with your return item. Please feel free to email us to confirm whether or not all costs will be your responsibility.
